This is a nice clean product and can be installed with the door opening to the left or right. The problem with the installation is that the frame is slightly more than a half inch deep which makes it sit away from the wall if you have a stud behind the dry wall. I just sanded the frame down with a belt sander to make it sit flush.
This is a great option for adding a inspection hole.

This is a great option if you need a hole in the wall for an inspection hole or just to cover a hole and you don't want to deal with a sheetrock repair. I have installed many of these as a contractor and they have always taken paint well and look good once installed and painted. A way better look than the typical door casing frame with sheetrock in the middle that you have to usually pry open to gain access.
