Works well but took a star off because when you fold up the chair, the pieces where the headrest fits into often bind and tear up the back of the chair. I have wrapped the bolts in tape to prevent this.

My caretaker for my daughter said its cheaply made and doesn't really adjust like its suppose to, she also said its bulky and hard to install on my daughter's wheelchair. Very disappointed about the product. When I go to purchase another one I will go to a medical supple store and see one for myself. It was an expensive wasted of money.
