Poor build quality or quality control. Worn spot on face of frame.

Product arrived with a pretty big worn spot on the frame (see photo). The packaging was fine so to me it means it was just poor build quality. I don't want to be bothered returning it but I don't think it was worth the price I paid at all. I think the seller should refund me part of the price to act as a discount on damaged goods. It still works for my purposes it's just not as nice.
Backing gets stuck. Good for DIY.

Used this product for a DIY and it worked out pretty well. The frame was pretty stuck in there tho, I used a knife to get the backing off and now after I put it back on I cannot get it off easily. Luckily I will not have to open it often but still...

Very happy with this purchase. It's a little pricey, but worth it. It's much better than keeping all my tickets in a box. I will be buying another once the version with the wooden backing get restocked. I will say that I didn't get a decal as I thought I would, but I really don't care about that.

Although smaller than I expected This turned out to be a very nice product. I was concerned the background would be cheap, it was actually very nice. And the "hole" in the top load is perfect size for a little large object (such as buttons)
