works well but a bit cheaply made - survived heavy rain

Survived the first really heavy rain in full exposure. I think that the Arizona sun is what is going to get it though. It would be nice if it covered the entire front of the camera except for the lens and sensor. I bought three of these at $16.99 each right when they were first released. The price hike is unfortunate and I hope another vendor starts making something similar to compete.

This is working fine so far. I wouldn't install my camera completely exposed to elements. Mine is under a panel.

This mount is awesome for my camera. Definitely works as advertised. I was planning to buy more, but when I went to do so, the price had increased again. I can't justify paying $24 for a housing for a $25 camera. If something happens to the camera, I'll just buy a new one at that price point. If it's worth it to you and you need the specific mounting option it allows, definitely buy it.
