I originally bought a different Bullet Antenna. The set up and antenna quality was poor. Ronin, makes a superior product and although I don't have perfect reception it's considerably better than the other.

I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt I should share this because of my overall positive experience with Ronin Support.
I originally ordered this product back in March this year and I was in love with how the bullet (.50 CAL) antenna fit /looked on my GMC Sierra. It was very easy to install and had no issues with sound/radio/BT.
Unfortunately, a couple of days ago my bullet antenna was stolen from my truck. I was really bummed, when I installed it I made sure it was securely fastened. Whoever stole it, really must have used a lot of force to take it off. Plus, they only took the bullet and it's pretty much useless without the adapter.
Given that it's been like three months since I purchased, I was like maybe I should contact support to see what they can do with not much hope given it had been more than 30 days, so I still emailed them.
I shared my experience of the theft and was hoping to get a replacement. I get a prompt response, stating they had initiated a refund which I was not expecting, and empathizing about my situation. On top of this, they are sending me their newest smart lock bullet (in a few weeks) antenna to test out which includes a new antitheft mechanism, and provide feedback. I legit smiled at this point!
I honestly didn't expect any of this to happen. I was bummed about having to spend another $40-50 which really didn't bother me. I was more bothered about the fact that it was stolen from my truck. We can only do so much to prevent theft, but if someone's determined to steal something, there's nothing you can do about it and it's outside of your control (unless you see it in real time, then it's on sight haha)
The point is Ronin Support didn't have to do all this for me. I would've gladly paid for a replacement part. They really turned my bad experience (not their fault) into a really positive one. I can't wait to test out their new upcoming product. I highly recommend their product! The customer service is top-tier!
