I like all of the casaWare ceramic coated products. When I baked bread in the loaf pan, it came right out with only a minimal oiling to start. I also made mini cherry pies without any oiling or prep of the muffin pans and even though the cherry juice bubbled up, the pies popped right out and the pans cleaned up with a wash cloth an a little dish soap.
You do have to exercise some caution to ensure you don't scratch the surface, but as long as you use rubber or plastic utensils you should be good.

I love these pans, they cook everything just right. My food comes out light and crispy just like I like it and hardly no clean up. A soft swish with a soapy sponge and you're all done, its amazing. I will find and replace the rest of my kitchen with these products as they are so easy to use!
