I bought this to use as a coffee creamer.
It separates out of coffee and leaves a mess.
I guess if someone couldn't drink milk at all this would be an option.
My body didn't have any objections to it other than the linseed taste when warm.

Do you know how disappointing it is to drink a milk substitute or eat a dairy-free yogurt and it is runny and almost like water? That's not the case with Good Karma Foods!

They are free of gluten, dairy, lactose, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts. It's a great option for vegans as well.

My 16 month old absolutely LOVES this dairy-alternative! The sugar content isn't crazy high and still tastes really good! I also love that it has a great source of protein as well. I've actually used it in my coffee for a tasty mocha! Would highly recommend to any mommas out there!

I am a big fan of Good Karma products. However, these chocolate protein drinks are too high in sugar and too sweet compared to many dairy-free protein drinks. The vanilla protein drinks are the opposite, having little taste and are not sweet enough. The other issue is these drinks are priced too high unless on sale. Finally, a straw and napkin or tissue is annoyingly required unless you don't mind having a moustache from drinking these.
