Love my new pan set, only downfall the handle on lids get very hot, be sure to use a pot holder to lift it off pan.

I have owned these for over 18 months. They are used almost every day and are as good as the day they were purchased. If you take care of them they will last.
However, they are not fool proof. If the heat is not right for the food you are cooking it could stick. For example If I cook eggs they never stick. If my wife cooks eggs they stick everytime. Same pan and everything. We have a glass stove top.
Below is a list of how we care for our pans.
-Our pans are only hand washed with nylon Brush or soft sponge and food always comes off easy never had to work hard to get them clean.
-Never used metal utensils on them
-Never used spray oils on them
- felt Pot and pan separators so they never touch
(note that the outside of the pans are anodized aluminum. Aluminum oxide is hard and is used in some sandpaper. So it's possible that the bottoms of the pans could scratch the tops of the others if they touch)

The media could not be loaded. I've only had these pans for 2 days, but I'm already so impressed. I made pork chops that came our perfectly cooked on medium heat, a sauce (which I included a video of how nonstick they are) and egg whites so far. I used 2 different pans and both worked perfectly. The handles didn't get even warm, they both wiped out with paper towels after I got finished. As long as you care for these pans like it's recommended and use them accordingly I suspect they will last a very long time

I have been SO impressed with this set. I waited several months before leaving a review, because I wanted to see how they would hold up over time. They haven't disappointed! They are truly nonstick--6 months after purchase, with daily use, I can still cook eggs on them without oil and they come right out. They also are an absolute breeze to clean, both by hand and in the dishwasher. (I throw them in the dishwasher most of the time, and it doesn't seem to harm them in the slightest.) I recommend them very highly!!

Gotham steel pan and pot set has some good qualities, such as even cooking and good heat distribution, along that nothing really sticks to them, I've cooked several different dishes and they all turn out great! (And not because I'm Gordon Ramsay! ;)
However, the set has started to chip on a few of the pans, which could be a potential drawback to some. It's worth noting that minor chips on the inside of the pan and pot may not affect their performance, but it could be a concern for some users for longevity. Overall, I say the set has some positive features, but the chipping issue may be a concern for some users.
