In the beginning it was good, but towards my size 6 tapper the black thing around the plug, started to eat away on my ears. So I had to completely stop and let my ears heal, and now I have to start over. DO NOT GET THIS, ITS REALLY BAD FOR YOUR EARS!!!!!!!!
