Love this product. No more mincing garlic, cutting fingers, or stinky hands. This does such a great job of cutting the garlic up into little bits. Then the garlic just gets infused into your food. I am middle aged and have no trouble twisting the garlic. I could see if your arms or hands were arthritic where u might find it a little hard. I also cut the garlic up into cubes and throw it in there to make it easy. This thing is great. You do have to pick the garlic out of the grooves with the tip of a knife but again-easier than mincing.

I love garlic and have a variety of presses and gadgets designed to grate or slice garlic. This one is awesome! Pop in a few peeled cloves, twist the unit and the garlic is crushed. Then twist the top back and forth, sort of like how a wind shield wiper moves, and the garlic is place into two neat piles. It doesn't get any better than this!

I really enjoyed this garlic twister. I've been struggling with several different garlic mincers trying to find one that was easy to use and easy to clean. This fits the bill. Dishwasher safe, no sharp blades to get the last of the garlic around, follow the instructions and the garlic is clear of the areas that mince it in small triangles.
