Great for my Converse Collection
sheila donovan✓ Verified Purchase•July 29, 2018
I have a large (20+pair) collection of mostly Chuck Taylor Converse. I wear women's size 9. These are perfect to double the capacity of my shoe cabinet. I have bought 3 sets and will be buying one more set. From reading some other reviews, people seem to misunderstand what they will and won't do.
1. Your entire shoe is unlikely to fit inside unless you have a very small foot. It's purpose is to stack your shoes on a shelf, not completely encase one.
2. You put one shoe, toe in, on the bottom and the heel of the other shoe rests on the stop inserted on top.
3. If your shoes are curled up, of course they will slide off an inclined surface because...physics.
4. If your collection is stilettos, they will slide off an inclined surface. Again, physics.
5. If you have big, heavy, wide shoes these will probably work unless the toe part is super tall or they are somehow crushable by the weight of the other heavy shoe above.
6. If you have boots or high tops, these won't work.
7. The platform for the top shoe has a little bit of tread to hold the shoe. It also is sort of flexible which allows it to accommodate different shoes.
8. These are not adjustable in any way, only a bit flexible.
9. The ideal home for these is a full flat shelf with enough depth for your shoe and enough height for two stacked shoes. It does not magically grip inclined surfaces, levitate over mesh/wire/cloth or otherwise alter where you are keeping your shoes.
10. In my experience, a shelf that normally holds 4 pairs of sneakers will hold 7 pairs'with Shoe Slotz. So, just short of the claimed double when using many.
These are a bit pricey but they are really great quality. You can definitely find cheap knock offs but the brand name is well made and well packaged.

What arrived was NOT the brand named Shoe Slotz product. I ordered from this same company in early December and received 6 Shoe Slotz which are great. I like them so much I ordered again. The 2nd order - NO! The material is thin, the product does not sit level on the shelf but rocks back and forth instead, and the tab that keeps the shoe from sliding off the back is too small, thus the shoe slides off. I don't know how you guarantee that you are getting the real Shoe Slotz, since I did the first time but not the 2nd order. I'm very dissatisfied. I think you can purchase these in Bed Bath and Beyond, so maybe see them in person first.
Do not waste your time - HUGE disappointment

These were a huge disappointment. I would have rated 0 stars if that was an option. I don't know how all of the 5 star rating folks are able to use these for their shoes. I have small feet (61/2 womens) and these did not work at all for ANY of my shoes. They slid out the sides, fell off the top, and were generally more frustrating than they were worth. The little bit of "give" that they may have was not feasible. If they "give", then it means the shoe didn't really fit and they kept "popping" back out. The pictures of the shoes fitting nicely in these are so misleading. I tried with a variety of shoes, a variety of sizes (husbands, kids, mine) and they were not worth it at all. There were a lot of reviews with comments like this, but I thought I would take a chance since I have little feet. I should not have bothered.
Imitation Product

Had previously ordered the 6 pack Shoe Slotz from Amazon to try and loved how they worked. Decided to order the bulk 24 piece set and I received and imitation product instead of the real Shoe Slotz product.
Unhappy does not work as described
Reba M✓ Verified Purchase•January 22, 2017
Not as described. If your hi heels are more than 3 inches it won't work they don't fit. If you have clogs with wedge, or sneakers with a thick sole it won't work as they do not fit. Would not recommend this unless you have flats, and I mean flat. Extremely disappointed.
