At first it feels a little strange in your nose. You gradually get used to it. Really helpful for snoring problems.

I've tried a variety of nasal dialators and these are my favorite. Many are made from hard plastic and hurt my nose, others are too flimsy. These work for me. They keep raising the price, should be no more than $5 for a piece of plastic.

Bought smalls, xsmall would be nice to offer but they still work well and only took a day to get used to. Husband even made a comment about my reduced snoring (sound and not as much) when I forgot one night and put them in halfway thru the night. He had no idea why but made an observation about how bad my usual snoring abruptly stopped halfway thru the night. After I explained why, he was impressed.

Like the clear finish so they aren't as noticeable. Nothing else has worked for me so this is an economical solution.

Plus, my dry sore throat pain in the morning has been reduced since using these. Give them a try!!

I have lifelong breathing issues through my nose because apparently I have small nasal passages...at least that is what I have been told. Allergies make it even worse and sometimes it seems I can't breath at all through my nose. So I use every tool available...decongestants, antihistamines, nasal spray, nose strips....and recently I have been trying these various nasal dilators. The problem with the ones that look like tubes was comfort...they felt good at first but quickly got irritating and soon after that painful. But they did open things up nicely before they got painful. So I tried these. While I don't believe any of these nasal dilators is truly comfortable, these seem to be much more so, and for a longer period....often I use them during the day when I am not out in public to simply let myself breathe easier without medication and they seem very effective at that. For me the large size is the best, although I also find the medium size works too, just not as well. One of the benefits to this design seems to be that when they do start to get a bit irritating, you can shift them a little in your nostril forward or back a bit so for a while they will be more comfortable. So I guess the answer is that none of these types is a miracle cure for the problem, but that they can be useful when used in conjunction with all the other possible treatments. I just ordered a three pack of the large...this company seems to be the only one that lets you do that. The price is high in my opinion, but it seems better then buying a bunch of sizes of which only one of them is the correct one.

Before this I could never breathe thru both nostrils at night. With this I can breathe but unfortunately I still snore just not as bad.
