Hungry Jack Potatoes fried up exceptionally well. Our stores no longer carry them so I was pleased that I could purchase them through Amazon. They actually fry up better then when I did purchase them in the store, perhaps yours are fresher. If I have any left over from making them, I can easily put them back in a skillet, no extra oil and fry t hem up in just a few minutes just as good as the first time.

These taste like powdered potatoes that came out of a box. Frozen hash browns are a lot easier than this and taste way better than this.
