This does do exactly what you'd expect it to, however, I don't see why the pull cord is at the bottom like that. I didn't look hard for others which is my fault, but I was hoping it'd be something off to the side. Now there is a string and ball on my floor for my dog to chew.

The media could not be loaded. My sons' room gets very bright in the morning and they can't sleep well. Summer where I live gets bright before 5:30am. I had blackout curtain before that didn't work well for me cause to clean that up, it had to be removed all the metal hanger and wash them and it collected lots of dust and grime. It was a hassle for me. I needed something more practical to clean, block the sunlight and I had to considered their dust allergies. I'm very satisfied with this shade and so are they. It was very easy to install, easy to clean, def has quality for its price! I'd buy again.

Considering the price of other blackout roller curtains I was seeing, this is a solid deal. They are made well and are easy to install. Would recommend.
Minor issues:
1. They roll up quite violently and one set keeps unmounting one of the brackets due to the closing force - I have to let that one up very gently.
2. The plastic caps on the bottom tube enclosing the end of the curtain are very loose and easily fall off from the curtain moving within the tube.

I bought 5 of these blinds to replace the sheer RV blinds that are standard. The blinds were very easy to install. I often have great ideas but I don't have the dexterity, tools or skill to follow through on them. I could do these!! They are also easy to take down and to put back. Im also very pleased with the way they help maintain the temperature. In the cold, I'm able to keep the inside heated without constantly running the heater. I also get the hot afternoon sun in California. It keeps the heat out, making it much easier to keep the RV cooler. Finally, they really do darken the room, making it easier to sleep at any time of day. An additional bonus is the added privacy. From outside, you can't see where I am inside or what I am doing. Should have bought these years ago!!! Best investment for the benefits I received. And, I get compliments on how nice they look from others.

I purchased three of these. Seem like good quality and easy to install but it requires four screws and the directions said that four screws were included yet my first package only had three screws. No problem I managed to find another screw I had line around and figured it was just an oversight on this first package. However the next two that I opened also only had three screws. How is it that the directions called for four screws yet there are only three included? Poor attention to detail
