What I need!

In today's world, having connectivity from your smartphone to your TV is a must have. I had a split screen, one side for IOS devices and another for Android. I tried using games, movie, PPT and social media and everything worked to perfection. No issues with sound quality, charges and plays with no trouble, and the picture is great. one glitch is the cable seems a little hot when using several hours streaming. It's not a big deal. So far it works great.
It does mirror my Iphone on TV as intended.

The product arrived in good conditions.
It was tricky to make it work for the first time. Both HDMI and USB connections must be tightly connected to respective TV inputs to make it work.
Otherwise, the signal may not transmit.
My cell phone is Iphone 6s. I just needed to configure screen mirroring to make it work.
I noticed that when my phone gets connected, instantly, the time displayed on the digital clock on the upper dash line of the screen turns to 9:41 and the amount of battery charge goes to 100%. It seems to me a glitch in IOS that needs to be addressed. My current iOs version is 11.3.1.
The device also warms up after some time, when connected. I was concerned about this and it made me monitor the temperature of the device from time to time, to make sure it will not overheat or cause any damage. Actually, it keeps warmed during use but not that much. Anyway, take a look at it, Ok.
The device also charges the cell phone.
It is noteworthy that some applications do not allow mirroring. Youtube does.
So I gave it four stars as it works as intended.

This cord is junk. When plugged in the picture was pixilated and the sound didn't work. I read and followed instructions. Tried two different TVs and same results on both. The seller returned the item though.

Worked great for about 2 weeks but now it's lagging like crazy. Movie's or shows running without lag on my phone but once I hook it up to the tv it's lagging. Very disappointed. Will return item
