I'd call them true-to-size - I take a size 5, which is what I ordered, and they fit perfectly, no need to size up or down.
They're fairly comfortable for heels, too. So far I've just worn them around the house to get used to them, but I bought them for my wedding in July, so we'll see if I can dance all night in them!
