When I first received the product, I was SUPER excited and impressed. My favorite feature of the product is that it heats up really fast. One thing I would improve would be to not always have to keep it in the upright position. The instructions for the product were clear and easy to use/easy to figure out. I would refer a friend to this product for sure(especially the business type). Nice addition to my baby registry. The device originally is meant to be used for reducing wrinkles on fabrics but I use it mostly for cleaning baby stuff, windows etc. Works like a charm on my kitchen cabinets. I finally was able to clean the wall near the trash can that is so hard to clean out with chemicals. I love the compact design and the handle. Lightweight and handy. Even my 6 y.o. can use it (under my watch) Easy to use: take off the top, fill with tap water up to the MAX water mark, put the top back on. Plug in and wait a couple of minutes untill hot. Might be buying a wireless option, too, in order to be able reach more places around the house. If they exist at all))

This is a great little steamer that is ready super fast. I love that it was ready to use in about a min, the directions says 2-3 minutes, I didn't have to wait that long. It works well on somethings and not great on others, which is why I did not give it a 5. I tried different cotton shorts that always wrinkle and it worked great on those and fairly fast. However I tried 3 men's cotton shirts and the wrinkles did not come out or only a little, not like they did in the shorts. I wish I had something else to try it with but right now I don't. I love that it is travel sizes and comes with a bag to put it in for travel.
I felt the water emptied quicker then I would like, but I was able to do the 2 shorts with 1 fill of water, the shirts however I keep having to refill water for.

The PureSteam Garment Steamer is a great product and in my opinion it deserves a 5 out of 5 star rating. I bought this product to use as a quick and easy way to get the wrinkles out of my delicate clothes. Instead of having to take out the ironing board every time, using this product is a great alternative! It is a small and compact unit, which allows for easy portability. I brought it with us on a family boat trip and used it on my clothes before going out to dinner because we didn't have access to an iron and the clothes were a bit wrinkly after being stowed away in the suitcase. All in all this is a great product and I would highly recommend it. It gets the job done and is very easy to use and very travel friendly...

A perfect travel steamer. I tested it on a trip. It is compact enough to bring, take up very little room and weight. It heated up quickly and works well. Not only does it steams the wrinkle out. I have also used it to steam clean the shower! It has a nice long cord that is perfect for it. This is not a full size steamer. It is designed to be compact.
