Quality of the product is good. They are made of thick steel and built to last. The center of the hook is located 7 inches from the edge of storage rack (Monsterrax 3'x8') plus wall clearance - this did not work for me and I had to return them. Also its impossible to install them with heavy items on the deck, cause they have to be lifted fo fit the hook properly. Customer service does not provide free shipping label.
