The size listed is true to the chat. I'm a 32 Medium. Fits well and the fabric is soft. I would have given 5 stars except after the first wash (before I had even worn it) some of the threading already started to become undone. I washed this on cold and tumble (air dried) dry. Otherwise it's wonderful. Feels great and looks great on me too! I enjoy wearing it for the alluring pleasure.
