Cheap metal handle

So the rubber part works really well. Got the pet hair off a rug easily. But the first time I used it the handle broke. It's adjustable and comes in three pieces. One of the pieces can't be used anymore so now I have a very short broom.
Update: They saw my review and sent me a new broom. Which was cool, and I planned on writing a good review after that. But the broom that came had 4 pieces for the adjustable handle and they didn't match up so again I have a short broom. Not too big of a deal, mistakes happen. But the handle broke again on my first use. And it's not like I was beating the broom against the floor or anything, it was just normal sweeping. So I now have a short broom, and a really short broom. Very disappointing because I really like the bottom/rubber part. Works really well on pet hair.

I bought this because I have 3 dogs inside and hate how hair gets in corners. I usually use an electric floor sweeper but it's not great about picking up in corners. This broom is awesome. It's slides easily and picks up the hair. Nothing flies away when you move it either. This is perfect for pets and a bad back. It's easier on a back than a regular broom. Definitely a great purchase.

I am stunned at how well this carpet broom works! I have tried so many different types of vacuums and many will not pick up all the dog hair. This pulls dirt from your carpet that you didn't even know was in there. One of my only issues was one of the sections was bent so badly that my husband had to use pliers to reshape it. Otherwise, it's a great product and one that I would highly recommend.
