I have never cooked with peanut oil before but when I decided to fry a turkey for Thanksgiving I was told by all of my friends who had experience in this area that peanut oil was what I needed. This oil is great for deep frying a turkey. I tried regular vegetable oil / canola, but it does NOT brown the skin at all. This stuff does and it is a great value compared to buying in the store. I will always use this stuff and it was a very quick delivery.
