Disappointed and sad it leaks

I just received this faucet and luckily my plumber was with me, we tried to install it and haven't had success without leaking water. My plumber is professionally trained and he is saying the pop-up drain flange is broken and I am looking at the plastic drain (I can attache pictures as well if needed). The drain flange is plastic and it is faulty. Furthermore, the tip of the faucet head is loose and that looks like a problem. I bought this faucet head for my bathroom renovation on a newly purchased house and was very excited as my wife liked the design and sleek modern look and was willing to take a chance on this as opposed to a similar looking one from Lowes that is a more reputable Pfister brand. I have to say I am very disappointed and sad.

Really enjoy this faucet for our bathroom remodel. The package was very professional and color coordinated. Came with allparts included, even the drain; which I swapped out for a different style. The rings together in this sinktop were too crowded and overlapped but I was able to remove the faucet ring and silicone beneath it. All things considered this is definitely something I would purchase again for another bathroom in our home

Very disappointed in this product. I self installed the first one that I ordered. I've installed faucets before without issue, so I didn't expect problems. Once I finished and started running water, I noticed a good leak down by the drain under the sink. I tried tightening the sink flange and the drain pulled right out from the sink. The drain flange is plastic and it cracked. Well, I didn't want to remove the rest of the fixture so I ordered a second one and hired a plumber to install it. Guess what? The same exact thing happened to the new drain. I ended up going to Home Depot and buying a metal drain. This is very cheaply made and I would stay away from it. Spend more and save yourself time and headaches.
