I was a little apprehensive about having to pay a subscription fee. Saved some by paying annually. The time clock was easy to set up. After having for a while I wished I had gotten sooner. The ability to access remotely is great. It is loaded with lots features, more than we use right now but we are exploring other features. I would highly recommend.

We just set up our clock easy for employees to use and making my wife's life a lot easier with the scheduling and hours. keeping track of all clock in/out and also gives you a notification for discrepancies from clocking in early or late. it sucks there is a fee but i can see it will be well worth it. The app for your phones is also a benefit. the support is also very good.

My ancient Lathem time clock gave out just before my vacation and I knew I needed a quick solution. I'd been researching new clocks for years but hadn't pulled the trigger because of the monthly subscription my ancient clock didn't have. I also had unique needs with a manufacturing company with fixed schedules and a bell system to ring.
Forced to resolve this years old problem fast I went back to what I knew, Lathem. First I downloaded the software using the 30-day free trial. They didn't even ask for credit card info which was awesome nowadays!
I was able to import my employee info from Excel and setup employee schedules quickly. After spending several days evaluating the software I bought this clock from Amazon because it would come quickly. Again, setup was a breeze.
Before I even left on vacation I had called Lathem and signed up. I had to call their tech support people only once and my question was answered quickly and accurately.
Highly recommend!

We did a lot of research before buying this time clock. When it arrived, I could not get it to connect to wi-fi so I reluctantly called the Lathem support line for help. I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service is outstanding -- they were very helpful and walked me through different things until we got the situation resolved. So glad we decided on a Lathem time clock. It's been wonderful and super easy for our staff to use.
