the item was fine and was as depicted, everything was fine...I did not like the fact that it is a wall hanging unit and does not articulate enough to place it hanging down from eave. I need the kind that hangs well both ways. This was for a friend that needed the wall placement, but would not have been good for my house which is brick walls!
