Purchased a box to replace the flickering fluorescents in the garage/shop lights.
A 5-minute job to take down and remove the ballast. These lamps give a smooth, bright white shine, but not so overly bright that you squint, and not so overly white that it is unpleasant.
In a quirk, one of the twelve tubes arrived 1/2 inch shorter than the others - an obvious manufacturing defect - yet the tube itself is stamped QC Pass - oh well.
The folks at JESLED made good within 24 hours.
Mark this as Highly Recommend.

Without a diffuser, the light is a bit harsh, but these are plenty bright. Great for lighting up my dark basement and in my workshop. Easily changed my old ballast-type fluorescent fixture to accommodate these bulbs and will continue to do so as the old fluorescent bulbs give out.

Apparently these aren't ALL EXACTLY the same size. Some don't fit in the receptacles. Of the 40 I've installed 2 had a pin break off and 1 just doesn't work. They refunded me on the 3 and I will purchase 50 more when they're available as I tried another brand and they REALLY sucked.

I've installed 20 of the bulbs in my garage.
They are much brighter and whiter than normal florescent bulbs.
I love the extra light provided by these.
The only thing which is odd is that they come 25 to a box, so you end up with 1 extra bulb.
