They taste amazing and have a wonderful consistent texture as I know some beef sticks tend to have a gristle like mouth feel i know most people hate. These do not, and I LOVEEE IT!! Love these! I've got multiple allergies, and was in some pretty desperate straits for food I could just toss in my purse and GO. These fit my allergy requirements, which made me nervously excited.
