It helped with itchiness when I had pink eye but it didn't help me with it overall. Ended up having to go to urgent care and got prescription medication that did help. Recommended as a temporary solution.

Let me explain;
I started getting the 'feeling' of pink eye around 3pm - I felt like something was under my eye lid, it felt like sand, so I knew I was getting dry eyes, and then a few hours later, my upper eye lid started to swell up and I became sensitive to light and my eye turned red.
thats when I knew for a fact, it was pink eye.
I couldn't sleep at all that night because my eye was literally draining tears like a faucet. my pillow was actually wet. ive never had it his bad before.
the next day , I ordered this stuff and it arrived same-day at around 2pm.
I took two drops every 2 hours for the duration of that day, and the next day ( as im writing this review) my pink eye is completely GONE!
eye is still slightly red, but I can fully open my eye, and the 'grittiness' is gone, and I can finally use my phone because im no longer sensitive to light.
I see people saying this isnt worth the price because you have to discard it within 30 days of opening this product.
I can see how that may be a down-side, but honestly, since this has no preservatives, thats what makes this the most 'gentle' way of getting rid of pink eye.
I cant handle preservatives anyway because it stings my eye.
long story short, according to google, and my past pink-eye experiences, it usually takes 7 days WITH medication for the eye to stop hurting and start healing.
this product knocked it down to 2 days (technically 1 day after starting the product).
ill continue to use this throughout the week to be 100% sure, and since its all natural, you can use it anytime you want, theres no limit.

Once a year or so my eyes get really bad. My optometrist thinks it is allergies from our cats so I've started something different. Hopefully it works. Anyway, in the past I've used this when my eyes pink up on me and it's helped me get through it fairly quickly.
