Such nice thin skin (like an English cuke, maybe even thinner), nice crunch, nice flavor, perfect for dipping... but you can never buy just 3 or fewer (here or in any store I've found), as they always come in packs of 5 or 6---and I inevitably end up throwing out at least 2 before I can eat them. The skin is so thin, they start rotting faster. Wish you could get them in smaller quantities.
