Installed on my new Hyundai Santa Fe Unlimited- Great fit. Mirrors wher a bit more challenging, had to make a duplicate from the pattern but all others applications fit. Had use heat around lower bumper to get the stretch to fit contours- but the cut was accurate. Product seems sturdy and should repel as stated .

I ordered the full bra kit for an 2019 Mini Countryman S. While waiting for delivery I reviewed videos available on YouTube and purchased 2 spray bottles, isopropyl alcohol, baby shampoo and distilled water. I had done my homework and consider myself above average in mechanical ability.

The top half of the kit went on with ease. I estimate one hour to install. The lower half of the kit was a much greater challenge. The kit tolerances are very tight. And, my vehicle has multiple complex curves. I would have preferred a .25 to .5 inch variance along the edges. The product does stretch so a little allowance would be appreciated.

What I learned from the videos. Watch carefully how the installer uses his fingers to mold the product. Correctly choosing the slippery (baby shampoo) or tacky (alcohol) solution depending on the size of the product helps. Using the rubber squeegee in short strokes. Stretching when necessary to remove ripples. Waiting to pick up the finer detail (fingers) until some drying has occurred helps. They are very good videos!

My vehicle has several complex curves on the lower half of the bra. See photos. After some frustration and concern over loosing the adhesive. I decided to provide my own relief cuts in four areas. I also cut off two portions of the product that would have been about 3/4 inches wide and 3 inches long. Placement would have made it more difficult to remove ripples and adhesion was a concern.

I had invested about $335.00 with spray bottles and extras vs. $899.00 for a dealer install. Total time over two days was about 3-3:30 hours.

Would I recommend? Yes. Would I do it on this vehicle again? No.

I just completed the install. I'm waiting to see how it survives the car wash and road hazards.
