Assembly is awkward with an extra set of hands. Also, I think the illustration for using the little clamps to hold sections together could be a lot better. Quite confusing - so must just do some trial and error until the unit goes together. Also, a few of the bolt holes were extremely tight - could be upsized a bit without sacrificing any performance.
The connectors fall off and pieces of the hardware missing - UPDATED

UPDATED - Seller sent additional hardware to complete assembly. The completed unit is solid and moveable on the rollers without issues.
The materials appear to be well constructed. However, you have to contact SSW for them to email instructions. Don't bother - they are not done well and the most important part -- how to do the connectors -- is small and at a weird angle. I have not been able to find a video that would show how to get the connectors to work. I am so disappointed. I cannot get the connectors to stay on and so I would be able to use this $142 item.

Bought this for our store along with the shelves and 8 inch pegs to hang socks on.
It came in 3 shipments. For some reason the pieces that hold the grid together came in a separate box. The base came in another box and the grids came in a 3rd.
The only instructions that come with it are the ones that come with the base to put just the base together. Pretty easy to assemble...would have been even easier had all the washers come too. I was shorted 10 washers and the little wrench piece. Had to go purchase more in order to put it all together. The wheels don't want to roll very well and it's kind of wobbly. I feel like it could use more of the clips that hold the grid together...I added some zip ties.
In the end. It looks nice and serves its purpose.

Showcase for my wreaths

I needed something to showcase my wreaths at our local Craft fair. I looked at a few different setups, but this was the best for me. You need 2 people to put it together. It took them about 15 minutes to get it together. It is very sturdy and because it comes with wheels, it easy to move wherever you need it. It was perfect for my wreaths.

My only complaint about this product are the instructions, they're absolutely terrible. Everything else about this product was great.
We purchased this to take to craft fairs to display signs for sale, we assembled the base, then kept the grid pieces stacked flat for transport, then the morning of the fair finished assembly, we did not use the provided clips, these are a hassle for a temporary setup, we used black zip ties instead and it worked wonderfully. The screw on clips appear to be great if you want/need a more permanent setup.
This thing is tough as well, we had it standing up in the bed of a pickup, fully assembled, and a large gust of wind picked it up and threw it to the ground, it survived the fall with only very minor damage.
