I purchased the 12", (so I thought) but received the 4" instead. I contacted the seller, they responded immediately with my order details. I learned that the Amazon order site had an error but I decided to keep the 4" antenna anyway. The little guy looks funny but it works great.

First thing I will say that this is tiny! Build quality seems very nice. The locking compound on the one that was sent to me was yellow vs the red loctite that is pictured, I do not know what this is and how durable it will be. I installed it on my 2018 JKU and it was pretty straightforward. The fit was great. The reason I knocked off a star was due to the significant loss of signal, especially in the FM bandwidth, even though they placed a caveat in the packaging that loss of signal quality is expected. The reason for having an antenna in vehicles is so that it can receive radio signals more effectively, this antenna seems to negate that. It is mainly aesthetic. For me since I have the option of satellite radio and streaming music the loss of signal quality is not too inconvenient but an annoyance.

As mentioned, installing was a breeze. Just unscrew the old antennae and screw on the new one. The Ronin antennae is designed to have a type of thread locker pre-applied to the female end of the antennae. Once you screw it on and position it to show the logo where you wish to, the thread locker will set making removal a little more difficult for would-be antennae thieves.
I got tired of the long, chrome factory antennae and was ready to upgrade to a smaller, flexible one. This one was priced attractively and looks pretty good. I'm happy with my purchase.
