I've spent way too long and too much money figuring out an "ergonomic" set up for gaming. I needed something to lower my keyboard/mouse after repeatedly sustaining shoulder/arm injuries from long, extended periods of gaming.
This should've been my first purchase and I put it off too long because of the cost. Finding a desk and chair that works with my height (5'1") is HARD! I had an Ikea desk with the legs on the lowest point and it was still high enough to stress my arms. It was at the point I couldn't play for more than an hour without left arm acting up. This works. It's expensive for what it is, but it works. I can finally game a few hours at a time without my arms hurting like crazy. I still go controller whenever possible to mitigate.
It's simple, sturdy, and takes less than 5 minutes to install. Much better than the other ones on here that require a drill. If you suffer from arm pain due to gaming, get this. It helps so much.

If you ever like me and bought a new computer desk without checking for a keyboard tray... This is a life saver! Easy fix as a solution to what could be a long problem. Works great. The tray moves when you first put your hands on the keyboard, but that goes away after that.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Our glass desk came with a narrow keyboard tray. I could only fit my ergonomic keyboard and a track ball (barely). Install took 5-10 minutes max. It has been solid and significantly wider that I can now fit my ergonomic keyboard, a mouse pad, and a vertical/ergonomic mouse. I've had it about two weeks now and it has been solid. It pulls out farther than the old tray did, and my typing has been able to improve now that I'm not trying to find keys hidden under the edge of the desk. It isn't adjustable vertically, so I had to work with my monitors and chair settings a little to get the ergonomics adjusted for me.

Received this very quickly and set it up in less than 5 minutes. It works and fits perfect on my glass top desk. I have an L shape desk by Merido from Office Max. The smaller attached computer desk comes with an attached keyboard tray. I put this keyboard on the longer desk, because the desk does not come with drawers. Therefore, I decided to use this keyboard tray to put desk items on ( pens, ruler, stapler, small pocket calculator etc.. The length and depth of the tray was so well done that it fit all my mentioned desk accessories and I was able to fit my Mac keyboard on it too. I like the wide depth and the drop is at the perfect height for me sitting at my desk. Im typing this review off of this tray and there is no bounce and it is very stable. The only thing is that my desk chair has arms, so the chair cannot slide fully under the desk, which is no big deal for me. If you have an armless chair it would fit perfect. I would recommend this keyboard tray, especially if you have a glass desk if you don't need to put your keyboard on it, use it to put an accessories tray for pens and pencils etc.
