Have a Kraus kitchen faucet purchased back in ~2010 (couldn't determine model #). Was having issues with spurting water from the faucet head and needed to replace. After much research (mostly on sizing of the screw connection) ended up with this. Took me longer to take out of the packaging than it did to install and so far working flawlessly with no dripping from the screw connection that goes into the hose line. I also like the very positive tactile feedback from the buttons to control shower v. stream (better than the original). Dimensions advertised appear to be screws on. I believe that most of the more current faucet heads use a smaller male end that what comes with this but after using my calipers to measure existing, this worked perfect. If you are looking for a weighty, substantial faucet head like the one that may have come with your original faucet, this is not it. However, inexpensive, delivered same day and works great. I considered putting plumbers tape or pipe dope on the male threads but unnecessary (so far). Also concerned about a plastic to metal screw connection but so far no drips. If I have to replace it every year, it's still worth it since can't seem to track down any original Kraus parts.
good purchase

Very impressed with the faucet head as it is putting out more pressure and the extra button on the head makes it handier than the old one.

My "Vesla Home" sprayer head seemed to be partially clogged. Soaked in vinegar to clear out any hard water problems with no change.
This was an exact copy of the one that came with the faucet! Same buttons, same size. Unscrewed the old one. Screwed on the new one and voila! Full pressure!
One thing this one does that the original didn't was to stay on the wider spray option unto switched to the aerator spray.
Great price, especially because it will probably need replacing being mainly plastic. The original lasted 4-5 years. I figure the same with this one. I'll update if I'm wrong!
