The only downside of this mug rack is that the bottom row is not usable. The mugs touch the counter and look odd when placed at the bottom.

Make sure to hang from the handles and not inside the cup. My mugs literally pop off and roll away when u hang them from the drinking part instead of the hook. I have no idea how. I nearly broke my mugs. I don't like to use the lowest hooks. The mugs sit there awkwardly. I may use the lower tier hooks for something coffee relate that isn't mugs. Otherwise, I'm content with my purchase but not happy with the lack of versatility.
