Easy to use however, Nellie mop CS is TERRIBLE

Purchased a like new wow mop for a pretty incredible price of 125. It arrived with all the pieces except the instruction manual which could easily be found online. Once plugged in and fully charged, I got a 60 minute run time. Instructions state that when all three lights on the base are illuminated, that indicates a full charge. I only received one light illuminated, however, did receive the full charge runtime. I contacted the Nellie mop company multiple times about this issue in different ways and never once received a response back. I would have to say the Nellie mop companies customer service is absolutely terrible. Giving that I only spent $125 for a $300 mop I'm quite all right with a minor defect that doesn't affect the mops function.

This is a great wet mop. Easy to assemble, lightweight, and floats on the floor. Put it together as soon as opened the box and had already vacuumed the floor. This was fun to use! No more bending, or getting on my hands and knees. It went under the fridge, counters and dishwasher. Used a tiny bit of my usual cleaner and it got the floors clean. It is pricey but it works and is easy to charge and use. It is a Canadian company but is made in China. Only caution is that there isn't a need to use the sprayer a lot. Pads get wet and can do a fair amount of cleaning without respraying. Thumbs up for me!

I never thought I'd get any enjoyment out of mopping my floors, but I love using this mop! First of all, the mop is super light so it's very easy to push and pull along the floor. It holds a charge for a really long time, and is very easy to fill with cleaner. We use diluted Nellie's Floor Care in our mop and it gives our floors a great shine! I really like that it doesn't leave much water behind so it dries very fast and doesn't leave any residue. We use it to clean our tile floors throughout our whole house and it works great!

Easily the best mop I've ever owned, its like having super powers! I legitimately think that if I jumped off the roof of a tall building and tried to ride this like a broom stick it would work. Its that good. It does EVERYTHING you need a mop to do and MORE.
