Decades ago, my hip had such horrible arthritis, I couldn't life my leg high enough to get into an SUV without help. Then I found a little book called The Arthritis Cure, which recommended taking this specific product daily and walking a brisk mile or so, also daily. I bought Osteo Bi-Flex, took as directed, and joined the gym. After about six weeks of walking as fast as I could on the treadmill and taking these pills, my pain was greatly improved. After another month, it was basically gone.

I've been walking on the treadmill and taking these ever since. EXCEPT I forgot to buy them about six months ago, and was reminded by hip pain, joined by thumb-joint pain so severe I could barely grasp anything. So I went back on Osteo Bi-Flex and within two months the pain was gone. GONE.

I did try other brands, but nothing works as well as this does.

A friend recommended this to me for the arthritis in my hands and knees. Previously I had been taking a generic glucosamine and chondroitin, which didn't help. This product has made a huge difference in my pain level and my mobility. I highly recommend it!

I get so tired of hearing people talk about how wonderful supplements and vitamins make them feel because I've bought a TON of them over the last 20 years (from store brand to expensive "specialty" brands to some purchased from places like Usana) and none of them have ever made a bit of difference. Needless to say, I was skeptical when my mom told me about this; but, because my body was so dang stiff and achy all the time, I figured I'd give it a shot.

THANK GOODNESS I DID!! This is the ONLY supplement I've ever purchased that has made a difference in how I feel and it's been a HUGE difference at that! Within three days of taking my first does, I started feeling noticeably better! I'm no longer stiff, my joints aren't hurting, I can move freely - it's incredible! And honestly, as cliché as it might sound, it's been life changing. Before, when I was stiff and in pain, it made me not want to move and the inactivity just led to more stiffness and pain (not to mention, wasn't great for my mood and played a significant part in triggering/perpetuating depression). Now, I can and want to get up and get things done and participate in life which is amazing on a physical and emotional level. I really can't say enough good things about this product.

Amazon has them for a great price (I first purchased mine at a drugstore for MUCH higher than they have them here and it was still worth it) and, as always, shipping is fast and convenient!

If I could give this 100 stars - I would. I really hope that everyone who tries them has the same experience I did. :)

I purchased the 2-pack for my mother-in-law who has multiple sclerosis. I was extremely skeptical, but we'll try anything to help with her pain. She recently changed her diet in the past year, which has made the most difference. She's been taking these pills for about a month now, and she told us that it's greatly helped with her joint pain. Obviously please consult with a specialist, but this may help you or someone in your life deal with their MS symptoms in conjunction with medicine and lifestyle changes.

Fantastic! I started having shoulder joint pain 5 years ago and finally found this 4 years ago. It was amazing - I felt some relief in 1 day and in 3 days my pain was almost gone. I kept using it for a month and tapered off to one pill at night. After a few months I quit using it altogether. I still have flare-ups every few months and restart with 1-2 pills per day depending on severity. Usually I can quit again in a few days and be free of pain for weeks or months. Nothing else has ever had this lasting effect for me.
