I was extremely impressed by the fit of this bumper. It says direct bolt on, and it does, but if you plan on towing anything heavy and want full strength you will need to remove fuel tank and drill holes to use all mounting holes on bumper. I would also replace the soft bolts supplied with hardened bolts.

The only reason this isn't 5 stars is you can tell the finish on the bumper isn't the best. it has some small imperfections and easily scrapes and looks like its going to rust a bit on those chips and scrapes.
However; for what you pay this is a great bumper.
It fit perfect; all the holes lined up. the hardware was all there and I like the extra room it leaves for a larger spare tire if you go big on the mud tires.

If there ever were packaging issues they have been addressed. Arrived with no damage. Extra protection on protruding points to keep from damaging finish. Easy install and fits and looks great on my TJ.
