They definitely give you some energy and stamina however I felt like a furnace from the inside out. I was really hot and in SE Texas staying cool is essential. I would definitely use them if I were going on a long bike ride or something but not on a regular basis.

After a couple of weeks I was becoming skeptical about all the good things I read that this supplement being true - so I stopped taking them. After I stopped is when I could tell a difference. That's one thing about supplements, we take them and immediately get disappointed when we can't leap tall buildings and stop freight trains. I have found the improvements are gradual and I really didn't appreciate the results I was getting. Case in point: Cordyceps Mushrooms. Needless to say I immediately started back including them in my supplement regiment. I'm so glad i did. It helped with inflammation due to weight training, blood flow / NOS (yes guys - even that improved substantially) and overall feeling of well being. I also sleep better. I'm sure there are a couple ways to take these but I take one pill three times daily (morning, evening, & bedtime). I'm in my mid-fifties and never felt better.

These are amazing! This is a longer review, but explains why I gave 5 stars. I have tried other brands of cordyceps, and I believe I basically flushed my money down the toilet with the other brands. I just went in and ordered another bottle, and I've only been taking these for a couple of days. I'm so excited! I want to share this supplement with everyone. It will assist your red blood cells in carrying oxygen, and helps your overall cardiovascular health. I am very cautious about claims that any supplement makes, I had a really good education in nursing school and it has made me a skeptic. I have CIT, chronic idiopathic tachycardia. That means that my heart rate is always over 100 no matter what I'm doing, and nobody knows why. I went through just over two years of testing to find the cause, and nothing could be pinpointed. My husband heard Joe Rogan talk about cordyceps on one of his podcasts, and mentioned them to me. I did the research and decided to try them. The reason I was able to run over 12 miles yesterday is because I took two of these with my morning medications, and my pulse never went over 165bpm. I have to be very careful about how fast I run on the elliptical because my pulse has gotten into the 190's before. My resting heart rate is usually 100 - 110. Today, it's 66!!!! I feel AMAZING, by the way. I have never taken anything over the counter before that really made a huge difference in how I felt, with the exception of CBD oil for my arthritis pain, until now. I went ahead and signed up for a monthly delivery. If I could get a job as a salesperson for this company, I would totally do it.

It was a bit misleading to state that it is the "strongest per serving" cordyceps on Amazon, because per serving for this brand is 3 pills! So each pill is 500mg; most brands offer 500mg ~ 525mg per pill, so it's not stronger than any other brand.

When I opened the bottle, the styrofoam part of the seal separated with the "cardboard layer" bottom part of the seal. It was the first time I saw a supplement seal poorly made like this. It made me even more skeptical when I saw the bottle has a badge that says "USA" instead of "Made in USA".

So, these things add up to make me not 100% trust this brand.

Quality wise, it's a bit early to say if it's effective. I usually take cordyceps when I feel a cold about to happen, and it usually can prevent it.

Cordyceps mushrooms are a challenge, try for the real thing, and it will cost a fortune if you can get the true item from China, or go for a "raised" version. These claim to be the raised version, and DNA verified. Still- hard to verify -BUT- I find the results seem to match the promises of Cordyceps mushrooms for Energy and Focus. I have only tried one pill a day to counteract extreme fatigue I get from traveling, and I found I was almost at normal energy, instead of exhausted. I take a daily vitamin energy and metabolism that usually does the trick, but not for when I have extreme demands. And I found my mind was sharp and focused- also a promise for Cordyceps. But- was this a false energy robbing from subsequent days if I stopped? No! After taking for 3 days to get me over the hump- I stopped , an found I was back to my normal energy levels. Something caffeine sure can't do. So, I will keep these in reserve for when I need added energy and focus. Maybe ever try as a preventative.
