This is a great expand-a-file! I use it to Stowe school papers my kids bring home. This is my 6th one- I get one for each grade. The pockets hold a lot of papers and the fastener is sturdy.

Well it is a folder but that's the only thing I found useful. Things I don't like
1. pages in dividers are not at different heights you cant tell what each folder is for because everything is the same height.
2. Stuff will fall out if you're not careful as the top is not covered.
3. No tabs (although it doesn't matter since you can't see beyond the first page in the front folder anyway).
4. One of the dividers was mis-pressed so two dividers were sealed onto one spot and wow hard to describe. Just know the first time I tried to put a paper in it tore off the plastic siding.
I would return it if I could but I already put a bunch of rad stickers on it. Didn't realize I should test drive a folder first.
