I don't have arthritis, but I have an ulnar neuropathy and other nerve issues in my right hand. I am absolutely unable to grip a zipper tongue tight enough to pull it up. I had been using my left hand, but that was becoming difficult also. When I decided to get some zipper pulls, all the other ones worked by basically just elongating the zipper tongue, which would be helpful but still difficult for me to grip. These little "T" handled pulls are exactly what I needed. Pulling up my zipper used to take 3-5 minutes, and often caused little wounds on my fingers or nicked my fingernails. Now, pulling up my zipper takes a few seconds, just like before my neurological issues. It allows one more thing in my life to be "normal" again.

The price is great for these. I ordered them for my husband who has a fair bit of numbness in his fingers and thought that they would work on his pants zips and that being black they would be unobtrusive and save him any possible embarrassment. They were a bit thick and 'clunky' to fit through the zipper so I bought an alternative which he preferred. All is not lost though because they work fine on his shoulder bag and backpack zippers.

I put these on my luggage and gym bag. They didn't break during two recent trips when I checked my luggage through with the airline. They are tremendously helpful and the price is great.
