These are really yummy, and a perfect snack for a LCHF way of life! Love the clean ingredients. Fairly easy to get out of the pouch, but I do not love the sharp edges after you tear off the top...the nice contour of the pouch top goes away and it kinda cuts into the corners of my mouth/cheek.

I resort to my f bombs when I'm at work and have no time for snack breaks or a regularly scheduled lunch. Looking at this little guy of a pouch, one might wonder why they'd even bother... I kid you not, it settles the hunger, any potential shakes from lack of nutrients and gives me an energy boost! I understand that these are costly ingredients but the penny pincher momma wishes they were cheaper.

As a runner, I've tried a number of energy products, and most are based in sweetness. Peanut butter has long been a staple for energy, and the FBombs add a nice flavor twist by incorporating other nuts. Since there are no added sugars, there can be a touch of bitterness, but the overall flavor is excellent. Make sure that you knead the packet sufficiently before opening or you will get a mouthful of oil.
My only complaint on these is the price point. I received a free sample at a Ragnar Relay and was intrigued enough that I wanted to try them again. And although I give them high marks on flavor, presentation, and convenience, I feel they are too expensive for what you get. Even purchasing a bulk 10-pack, they came out to $2.50/each. This was a one-time purchase for me unless they get significantly cheaper. The convenience factor is not high enough to bring me back when I can easily buy a jar of nut butter and figure out my own delivery mechanism for 1/4 of the price.

I really like these on the go. At first you think there is not enough to help your cravings. Well, there is. Tear the top off and eat. Wait 10 minutes and the hunger cravings are gone. Good stuff.

Yea, It's eatable but barley. Oil separates and you get a mouthful before you get to the dry buttery part. I'll stick to other snacks for my Keto Diet. They call it F Bomb because you will drop a few when you wonder why you bought it.
