I like these sheets. They are not as bright white as some others I have bought, but they take the edible ink well, with vibrant colors. I really like the sheet backing. It's flexible and easily runs through the printer. Many other papers have a very stiff clear sheet backing and the paper has to be removed from it and run by itself through the printer, which can be iffy. This paper's backing is very flexible, yet easily removes from the image after trimming quite easily. I do a lot of cakes and the fact the edible sheet doesn't dry out as fast and won't crackle in the printer is an added bonus.
