I was extremely worried when I got the wet box and began taking photos as the instructions said. When I got to the bag I was hurt there was hardly any water but I continued to acclimate them to my tank. I reached out to customer service and it was time to release my snails so I put them on the bottom of my tank. Checked on them 20 min later. I was sure they were all dead, but to my surprise a few of them were moving. By then kurt from customer service got back to me and said that they dry ship them puts them into hibernating. I checked them again and they were all moving. Thank you for wonderful customer service and making me feel so much better about my snails not having died. Amazing little creatures they are.

I like this species of snail 🌠they live in the gravel and help to clean up the food and stuff that fall to the bottom of the aquarium.
