Shipping can be dangerous - damaged tank

I received my 21-gallon tank on Dec 24. The box had been damaged, and upon opening the box, I discovered a crack next to one of the ports. I contacted RecPro through their email to inform them. I received a response on the morning of the next business day informing me that another would be shipped immediately and an apology for any inconvenience. It's been two days and the replacement arrived and it's in perfect condition. I'm very impressed with their response, especially in the middle of the holiday season!

I use this as extra water storage for my camper and haul it in the back of my pickup. I just added valves to a few of the provided outlets and hook a 12V transfer pump to it to either fill it or transfer to the camper tank. It's been on a few bumpy back mountain roads already and is showing no signs of wear or breakage.
So far so good.

Tank had a leak, but Recpro took care of it. The 100 gallon tank is really nice...don't have to refill as often.

Regarding the T-169 tank, in the picture of the dimensions shown, the water fill inlet is on the right side. In the other pictures it is on the left. The only other drawbacks are that the sides bulge and dimensions for the inlets and outlets aren't provided (they're about 1" in from the corners of the tank). The tank is otherwise sturdy, clean, and the fittings accept threaded connections well.
