The one I got didn't work so well, but I think that isn't the fault of the seller, rather the manufacturer. The picture function was fine, the built in microphone was awful and it wouldn't auto focus or stabilize, even when I checked the settings while in video mode. I bought the cameras for its video function so for me, a camera that I couldn't use for video, was kind of purposeless. I returned it and got the SL2 instead, but if you're a novice and just want a DSLR that you can learn with, I would definitely recommend the T6 and for the price, with two lenses, it's a steal. The boxes were all opened inside already, however all of the components were intact and were brand new.

Amazing price for this package, everything included was great with the exception of the tripod.just doesn't seem made for this heavy camera, and software suite is just product codes to download as opposed to physical disc. Maybe that was just what I was expecting and software no longer has physical copies. Other than that I have no complaints and I am absolutely thrilled with the package and my pictures look incredible!

I bought this starter set for my daughter's birthday last August and she loves it! With Christmas fast approaching I have made some additions purchasing a remote clicker so she can be in the pictures and/or set it up on the tripod and hide for some great nature pictures, I also added another stronger telephoto lens. She will probably need a larger case before long, but the gift has made her very happy, and awakened the photographer gene inherited from her grampy.
