Looks great and very well made for the price. Faucet is heavy duty stainless steel. Took off one star because the water doesn't flow out evenly in a perfect waterfall like our other more expensive faucet. Seems like a cheaper mixer/diverter component on the inside even though the faucet handle itself feels durable. It's a minor aesthetic issue so far, but if this bothers you, pay for the brand name Moen or Delta.

After reading the reviews on this product, I very hesitantly purchased it worried about some of the cosmetic issues I may face. I didn't have to worry after all, as the product is holding up well and sturdy! The faucet was super simple to install, had all the necessary parts I needed (except maybe a bit of thread seal tape) and it looks and works great on my sink!
The surface hasn't dulled or peeled like some of the other reviewers ha e stated - although that may have something to do with water hardness or just a flawed product from an otherwise good batch.
The best part? The faucet always looks like it's smiling at you!

This faucet looked great when we first installed it and we were very happy with the price. HOWEVER, just 5 months later we started to notice that the metal finish was fading in certain areas (see photos). At first I thought it was just dirty because I didn't have time to look in more detail. But, another month later and it was obvious that the finish was a mess. In defense of the company, I will say that I submitted a claim and they issued a full refund. That said, I now have the hassle of finding another faucet. In the end, I probably should have paid more money for a better quality item.

Looks great and haven't been able to find an american made sink that has a big enough hole to fit this faucet into. So, pretty useless in the end if you ask me. I bought 2 for a house I was fixing up. By the time I was ready to install them I could no longer return them. Now I am stuck with two good looking, totally useless faucets.

I would not order these again. First, upon installation, one of he connecting hoses to the faucet snapped. These are specialty hoses so we could not find replacements. Second, the O rings used to attach the hoses slipped and started a leak that went through the floor and main floor ceiling. Now the faucets need to be replaced as well as the ceiling the water leaked through.
