Very easy cooking and quick but at the same time healthy, a very rare combination. I keep 5 packs of these in my freezer and grab one whenever I feel like cooking a sandwich or snack. Defrosting takes about 5 minutes in warm water

I don't quite understand the reviews that say they are dry. Mine are incredibly juicy. I heat up my cast iron skillet to medium high, spray where the patty will go in the center of the pan with avocado oil spray. I then place the patty down, turn heat down to medium low and cook undisturbed for 5-6 minutes, then lightly spray the top of the patty and flip it and cook for another 4 minutes. I put a light layer of a mix of mayo and sriracha on top. It's always juicy and delicious.
