I'm just trying to eat healthier, and cut out the white flours. This product totally works and tastes great! I bought a bag and made pancakes for the family. Incredibly easy to use. Tastes great, in fact a little sweeter than typical pancakes, but just as brown and fluffy.

Wow! I used this flour in place of regular flour to make cookies and brownies, they came out more delicious than when we used regular flour! Great texture and great taste! And it's better for us! My entire family is sold! We decided we would now always use this flour! Thank you Caulipower!!

I've been a huge fan of Caulipower pizza so when I heard there was a baking mix, I had to have it. I used it to make chocolate chip cookies and just replaced the flour in the recipe with Cauli-flour and they turned out great. stayed moist, cooked golden brown and had perfect texture. They were not dry like other gluten-flours can be. Highly recommend!
