I bought the product and read it a lot of reviews about people worried about the 4oz bottle not being enough and the tape being too short.. first off the tape does not have to extend all the way down to the end of the grip. The picture that I have on the very first one is what is left of the solvent after regripping forteen clubs. Watch the included video make sure you have a bowl or something of sort to catch what is coming off of the grip tape and add back to the bottle and you'll be fine. Wedge Guys do also have a scraper tool for the tape which definitely comes in handy because it's contoured like the club shaft and is worth every penny.

Works well. No problems. The rubber grip to hold the club was great. I used a couple $1 clamps and my patio table to hold the clubs. The masking tape is a 1/16" short of touching at the end of the shaft but that makes no difference. Some pros only use a couple inches of tape at the end of the shaft with the rest bare. You have to reuse the solution. That is a must. Buy a painters pan to catch and reuse the fluid. The videos online are very helpful. After replacing 11 grips I had 3/4's of the fluid left.

Used this kit to re-grip a putter. It accomplished the job but with a mess due to a small unseen hole on the side of the solvent nozzle. So when I started to apply the solvent, more came out the side than down the nozzle itself creating a mess in my workshop. An unpainted raw wood storage cabinet next to the workbench received more of the solvent than the golf tape. So it is now permanently stained as is the floor nearby - the actual club handle was over a trash can to catch overflow to prevent a mess on the floor.

Again, the products worked but I wanted to post this lower review so other buyers may look closely at the nozzle and avoid any potential mess and damage done by a defective nozzle. It may just be this one (my bad luck) or a quality control issue impacting other nozzles as well.

You can be comfortable buying the product for the expected re-gripping results, but check the sides of the nozzle carefully before applying the solvent to the tape.

I'm new to golf. A friend gave me an old set of clubs, which I used on the course for the first time last week. That's when I found the putter grip was disintegrating in the heat all over my glove and hand, so I decided regripping was in order. My friend told me to pay someone to do it, but I was determined to try myself. I found a new grip and grip remover tool on Amazon, and picked up this regripping kit as well. The instructions with the kit were very easy to follow. Rather than using a vice as the instructions stated, I used clamps, but otherwise did exactly as instructed. I had everything done in five minutes with no trouble, and have plenty of leftover tape and solvent to do more clubs if needed. If you are at all handy, you can regrip yourself - just pick up a grip remover tool too.

Took awhile but finally got the items. The videos were a great starting point for doing the change. It was difficult for the first couple even with the instructions. Finally decided to use a multi master to slowly cut the grip without marking the shaft, this was the best, took minutes to cut the old grip off, Used a hot air gun to loosen the old tape which was a great idea. Used some orange goo remover to clean the shaft completely. Followed the placement of the tape and oil. Sprayed the oil inside of the grip, shook it up and then poured it out on to the tape on the shaft, it was a lot less messy and lubricated both the grip and tape with one pour. This is where I changed the install of the grip. I pushed the grip on from the back end, after getting about halfway, pushed with my body to slip the rest on, it was fast and easy and had the power of my body to slip the grip on.
