These products (roller and gua sha) are made better than most other companies are making comparable products, and for a price that really can't be beat. The roller product rolls smoothly and without squeaking, although the roller stones are dull (not shiny-finished) and pretty porous with natural fissures on the ones I received. I really did not care for the gua sha at all since it was also dull and flat (not shiny smooth) and continually dragged on my skin even after using moisturizer. I felt that the dragging was making my skin worse, not better. It could be maybe that all gua shas would do this to some extent, I don't know. But I stopped using mine after about a week and a half and contacted the company, and they very kindly and promptly refunded my whole purchase amount (the same day!). I was really impressed with how they stood behind their products cheerfully and were so pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to try something else from them.
